Meet Jeremy Taylor

Meet Jeremy Taylor

Born in Milwaukee Wisconsin, I’m one of eight kids. Huge family considering we’re not from this side of the country. How did we end up in Idaho? My dad took a job here back in the late 70’s, started his own insurance agency shortly after, and the rest – as they say – is history.

Where did my radio career begin? I was in Salt Lake City attending the University of Utah when the #1 Top 40 station in east Idaho talked me into moving back. They knew me from my club DJ days. I was willing to commit to 2 years, then I wanted to move back to Salt Lake. That was at the end of 1999….so there’s that.

My wife and I have two kids, both are now in their 20’s and recently married. I love golf, hate winter and being cold, my wife and I travel as much as possible, and I have a thing for working out. And don’t even get me started on cars and watches. Both are expensive “hobbies”. Two of my favorite pieces of advice to give are:

1) Never make an important decision while on vacation
2) Anything worth having doesn’t come easy

The Jeremy Taylor School Lunch Project

THE JEREMY TAYLOR PROJECT
As a 501(c)(3), 100% of the donations to The Jeremy Taylor Project benefit struggling local students and their families who don’t have the means to afford school lunches or pay old student lunch debt.  At least twice a year we take all of the funds raised and donate it to one of the east Idaho school districts. Each district typically sends us to one specific school. ALL DONATIONS ARE APPRECIATED, regardless of amount! For any donation of $50 or more, I will personally send the donor a special edition Jeremy Taylor in the Morning Blender brand shaker cup (a $25 value – these are the really nice ones).

Two ways to donate:

1) Stop by ANY Mountain America Credit Union and you can make a deposit into the Jeremy Taylor Project. You can ask for it by name.
